876Career Source International (C.S.I) operates a Summer Work and Travel Cultural Exchange program which allows students from Jamaica to enjoy the experience of a lifetime in the United States while working for an American Company and living among a friendly community. We offer several different work and travel programs throughout the entire United States. We help all people either fit into one of our programs or specially customize a program to fit our people. We currently offer a number of J-1 and Visa Programs.
C.S.I is one of its kind! We are revolutionizing the J-1 work/travel program for all International Students. We develop very close working relationships with all of our employers so when screening program participants we can place them in positions that we know will suit them.
C.S.I is a Jamaican based agency that has partnered with a U.S. Cultural Exchange Work and Travel sponsor. C.S.I is one of the fastest growing Jamaican and Caribbean companies in the business of recruiting, screening and placement of qualified English speaking Jamaicans who are registered in a tertiary institution and possess an interest in working overseas.
As recruiters of foreign nationals for the various industries, C.S.I has been able to place over one hundred (100+) individuals during the summer periods in the U.S.A. on J-1 programs. Our focus is on the temporary and seasonal employment needs of Moving and Storage, Hotels, Large-Scale Resorts, Restaurants, and Delis as well as other industries. Our main aim is to place highly qualified, diligent and committed individuals in companies whose needs are to fill positions for specific periods of time.
We currently offer the following programs
- J1 Summer Work and Travel (May to September) – The Summer Work Travel program provides foreign students with an opportunity to live and work in the United States during their summer vacation from college or university to experience and to be exposed to the people and way of life in the United States.
- J1 Internship [6 to 18 month rotation (preferably graduates)] – Internship programs are designed to allow foreign college and university students or recent graduates to come to the United States to gain exposure to the U.S. culture and to receive hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in their chosen occupational field. This program bridges the gap between formal education and practical work experience.
